Hello, we have a vendor who uploads new files daily into a shared folder. Its public so everyone can see it, but it requires you to download manually to access the folders. I would like to download the files daily and send them into another system for processsing. I tried to see the shared folder using zapier but it does not see it. Any suggestions on how to automate this process?

I was initially looking for a way to eliminate the “purplish” highlight showing up on some of the text in my Box Notes. The “fix” from support is to click on the highlighter icon in the upper right corner. Unfortunately, I do not see a highlighter icon in the upper right corner and can’t seem to find any option or preference to make it appear.

Hello.I’ve been using Box Shuttle to sync a local file share to Box for backup purposes (legacy ERP needs local file share)It appears some of my archive data is missing from the local file share, but lives in Box and I want to copy the data from Box back to my local file share.   I’ve tried using Box Drive to move the files back but every time I attempt this, Box Drive crashes.   There’s about 30gb of files I am attempting to copy. Thoughts?

I have a question about box drive. I have a excel vba script that executes many tasks. In the end, this script creates folders in two different box directories. I want to link them by using a shortcut, that anybody with access to this two folder could access. Is that possible? Without me having to generate manually each link everytime?Example:Folder 1 (With the shortcut) : C:\Users\XMyuserX\Box\SharedFolder1\shortcut.lnkFolder 2 : C:\Users\XMyuserX\Box\SharedFolder2I found i way to do it using some windows toolkit for excel, but i want to make it accessible for anybody and my main issue it’s the part regarding “XMyuserX” because the user will change everytime.

The type of account you are currently using is a free personal account.I tried to log in from a computer other than the one I'm currently using, but I got an error and couldn't log in.I think it's a security issue, but I no longer use Box on my current computer, so I would like to know how to log in from a different computer.Could you please tell me how to do it?Also, I'm a beginner when it comes to box software.Thank you in advance.

How to validate e-signature on Box ? any Idea

How do I join, introduce myself, find issues that I want solved with my  Box installation .    I am really stuck with how to add Box to my Locations or Favorites in Finder on Mac. I have found no way. Currently Box resides inside my Onedrive and I want to add my pictures stored for decades on Box Box to my LrC (by subscription) installation on my M3 Silikon Macbook Pro I but cannot do this without first removing Box Box from sitting inside of Onedrive. Can anyone help  me make my Box pics available on the new M3 Macbook??

Any thoughts on how to make the most use of legacy Box Notes that have been created to provide guidance on many different topics but we would now like to include that guidance into a Hub? I am currently having to print the Box Note to a PDF and then assign that file to a Hub.

Hello, Just wondering if anyone could share tips on saving background images in the Hubs Gallery for future use. I have downloaded an image, saved it, and have been able to use it on the Hub I am currently working on. However, I would like the image to be in the gallery for future Hubs and for my team (managed users) to use as they create their own. Any suggestions? Uploading does not save it in the gallery for future use as some instructions suggest. Is there a setting in the admin console I am missing? Thank you.
