Can someone at Box support please reset my Storage. I deleted files but still show 99.7 GB out of 100GB used . Other times this has happened, support had to run a script to correct problem.

In a Box folder that has been shared with me, I have previewer status. There are four PDF files. The first file is 537KB. The second file is 1.4MB. I can preview the first two files. The third file is 15.7MB. The fourth file is 169.2MB. I cannot preview these two files. I receive the message: "This preview didn’t load because the document may be protected. Please try to open or download the file to view." I need to have the ability to preview the third and fourth files. Using Safari 17.5 and Chrome 126 .... I have cleared the cache on both browsers. I have rebooted the Mac. I am using Sonoma 14.5. Is this happening to anyone else? If so, what has been your solution/fix?

Using BoX on an iPad ... I would like to be able to have complete content of a folder available offline. HOw can I achieve that? At the moment when I mark a folder to be available offline and go inside that folder, all files are shown as not available offline. I need to go to them one by one and switch to "available offline". This is not vary practical. Is it possible to choose that all content of a folder is also made available offline? If not, is it possible to select multiple files and choose "available offline" for all of them? I understand that there are risks involved, e.g. if trying to make root folders of large filesystem available offline, which could trigger transfer of a lot of data ... .

Looks like there's a ton of posts about this but someone on the box.com side has to run a script, you guys should really be just be cleaning that up on a cron job or something similar, or give the user the option to run a clean button.
