To whom it may concern,

Please see attached a screenshot of the error message. This occurs when our attorney, tries to open PDF documents from his Box Drive on Windows.

 He has ‘viewer’, or ‘previewer-uploader’ Status, and has already extended file path on his Windows. But the problem persists.

Could you please assist us in finding the issue and the solution?
