Good afternoon. When I upload a file of more than 1mb it gives error and it does not synchronise in the cloud, the file with a red dot and does not update on other computers. Thank you.

  • Also, please attach a screenshot of your upload error. 

  • Can we confirm your current Box version and Operating System?
