Hi,

I have been signed out from the app and can now not log in again. But I can access my account through browser.
  
I've signed up through gmail. When I try to log in through the app, it redirects me to browser log in page. After input the login info, it redirects me again to the app but in the login page again.


The attached image is what I get after try to log in. I've tried both windows and mac pc.

For more context, could you confirm your Box App's version and your Operating System? 


We'd love to further assist! 


I use it in my four devices inlcuding windows 10, windows 11, macbook and iphone. it's just working well in Iphone, not in others devices.
The current version of the app in windows 10 is 2.39.174.


i have the same problem. but im new user (never was logged in desktop app)
