On Chromebook with new chrome update Box.com does not work. On another one without update it works and after updating this chromebook also BOX.com did not work. Is this known and will this besolved? On Edge and Android no problem
I am trying to add an email to my Box.com account, but it indicates that it cannot do this. The error message is The first is "Oops - the person already has a Box account. Upgrade your account to add a collaborator. The other email was mine, but I deleted the Box.com account in an effort to have only one account. The system still sees this old account. How can I get this additional email deleted or released?
I am having the same problem as others on this forum. When I try to create a strong password so that I can access the folders my colleague shared, I get the "There was a problem changing your password." error. I have tried all the troubleshooting suggestions, but none of them work. I need to access these folders as soon as possible, so please help!

I can't preview any files that were shared with me at all. I can download them or open with adobe on my computer but cannot preview. I have tried - signing out and back in- closing the tab and opening a new tab- closing the web page and reopening- using safari and google chrome- disabling any plug ins- cleared my cache- coming back the next day- computer is too old to update but it has worked fine on this computer up until now- have not tried a different computer, but as said, this one has worked fine for the last 6 months using box on and off The only thing that changed was being granted access to this new file.
We have been using box for about a year with no issues on all our shop ipads and phones. in the last month we have noticed you can not open files without the app completely crashing and closing out. This has been tested with multiple files, different devices, etc. We have tried renaming files. downloading new versions. deleting the app and reinstall. nothing works. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I'm attempting to add a managed user but I keep getting the above error. I had the user log into their account that was already using that email and had them delete their previous account. We are still getting the same error and are unable to get them added. Is there another solution to get this user added?
I keep having this issue where, when I'm using canvas, I can mouse over things, but clicking doesn't do anything. If I press the space bar, I get an upload file dialog box. It used to be that once I closed that I could interact normally, but recently it's now operating such that I keep being stuck until I refresh the page.

I have deleted quite a few files to free up more space on my box account but the space is not being updated. I have also deleted quite all the trash can. Can you help me running the script so the free storage is reflected? Thanks

I'm unable to change, or create a password so I can't access shared folders because they require a strong password, despite that my google password is a strong one. Every time I get an error when trying to create a password since I don't have an existing password per se. Please help Thank you!
I'm a editor of a box, which I can access 2 days ago. But I can't access it right now, saying "Your access to this content is restricted due to a security policy." And the owner confirm no setting change there. Even he re-share it to me, I can't access it yet.

Hello, I'm trying to increase my accounts storage limit from 10gb to unlimited but when I go to save from the edit page, I get an error that says "Unabel to save your changes. Please try again." but it never works. I believe I have admin rights so i should be able to do this? Also trying to figure out how i view files that are on coworkers Box account as getting box was mainly for file sharing anyways.
Hello, Our primary administrator is a FORMER employee that is no longer with the company. I am the Founder & CEO and I have only Co-Administrator rights. How do I switch my account to be the Primary Administrator and then remove this former employee's account? Thanks, Eric
I received a report that files have been deleted by a user that is departing. User claims they did not delete files. I need a report that shows deleted files by user and the corresponding IP address to confirm. Also would like to recover files before the user is deleted from Box. Their status has been changed to viewer to limit access.
Because in my account, if I have an adequate storage level, some folders disappear out of nowhere and the amount of storage increases above the level?
