Box doesn't seem to really offer real support at all, reminds me of doctors who don't want to do the work or research to cure, they only treat the symptoms or gaslight you. I'm thinking of asking my department to go to Dropbox. Windows 11 likes to give you the blue screen error and wipe your hard drive so backup is important.
It's all gone. All files are gone. I checked and my subscription stopped drawing. No reason why since it is an insured account. Is there any way to get my files back?
Can you please run the script again on my account? Can the dev team make a button that runs this script per user instead to ask everytime here?
Two team members have had this issue lately - the files in box are not all populating/syncing to Box Drive. The issue can be resolved when it is *discovered/known* by refreshing the folders. However, is there a global solution for this so we can make sure that Box Drive is always up to date? These are shared files and all parties need to be sure their Drive folders are accurate.

All excel files in boxdrive folder have stopped opening, we have tried to uninstall and reinstall boxdrive, logout, restart the computer to no help, all three pcs using the same boxdrive folder fails to open. We used the same folder for more than three years now with no issue until Saturday. It fails to download responding by file format not recognized, file moved or deleted but they are all there visible online.
I have an Enteprise account and would like to send email notifications to all users when a new file is uploaded.
Box really needs to create a permanent fix for this. I add and delete a lot every year and storage limit never decreases, even when I wipe out all files.. The current only fix, to create a support ticket to have a script run on my account is a "Band-Aid" fix for years now and really should work as it should. Can anyone fix this?
a colleague created a folder in their account for me to share my folders to and when I clicked move my folder to their folder, it loaded successfully but now both mine and their new folder is empty although their folder info says 1GB in size with 699 files in it... But it shows empty to me and them when opening.. Please help and hopes I didn't loose it all:(

Who can help me to run the script for problem with space. I have no files in my account, and box says I use almost 6gb This keeps happening to me. I am constantly uploading and deleting files to and from my editors. If this is going to be an ongoing issue I'm not going to be able to utilize your upgraded features in the future. Box support can run a script for specific end-users’ accounts as an attempt to fix the data inaccuracy issues around user storage size, folder size, and item counts.

Hi Box Support, Thank you for helping me with this issue several times in the past. Unfortunately, the storage is displaying as full again (despite deleting all but 200MB of files). Please run the script to reset the storage to the correct amount. Thank you again for the help!
After trying to copy and paste my files to a local folder using box drive, it all went missing. My personal repository is completely empty, although usage limits show there's 4.2gb in use. Trash folder is empty as well.
