I could not find some of my folders in Box from yesterday. And if I try opening any available file, I get a message that the file is moved to another location. I searched Trash but there was no data available.
For the search interface, Search for content - API Reference - Box Developer Documentation I am wondering how to know the folder layers from the response. I see there is a property named Path_Collection, which seems has all folder names, but the sequence_id property is always 0. How can we know which is the direct parent folder, which is the second level? Can we relay on the item sequence of the collection?

Hello, I just found out, approx. 50% of my folders are missing, as they are at disposal for other collaborators, there are not deleted by their owner. Neither are they in my trash. The notice is "This shared file or folder link has been removed or is unavailable to you." or Oops! We can't seem to find the page you're looking for. Can you help me, please? KR Michaela
Hi, as the title says, I no longer have access to the authenticator app and this account is needed to be accessed by another person. I'm only able to login because I was able to authenticate using the authenticator before losing it.Thanks!

I want to recover my box account, but I can no longer access the email with which the account was created. How can I recover it? I currently registered with another email, however the storage I have in that account is much larger.
A user was deleted and now they need to be added. It says that the email already exists. Not sure how to fix this. It seems that others with the same problem needed to put in a support ticket. I saw another note that aid you can submit a request from the help section of the Box community which I cannot find. Any help would be appreciated.

We have an EC2 instance self-hosted runner that runs our GitHub Actions to compile the application software and uploads it to the Box. This setup has been working well so far since the EC2 instance runs 24/7 (it is expensive). We are now pursuing a new initiative to use on-demand EC2 instances, where an EC2 instance starts up, runs the workflow, and then shuts down. Upon testing it; we are seeing the error below. The OAuth App that worked on the 24/7 EC2 instance is not working with the on-demand EC2 instance. Please note that the 24/7 EC2 instance is still operational, and the same token works without any issues. The problem only arises with the on-demand EC2 instance. When created the dynamic EC2 instance, we took an image of the 24/7 that is used to create the dynamic EC2 instance. How do we resolve this issue? What type of access to create to make the dynamic EC2 Instance work. I went over the different types of authorization but it was not so clear which fits our situation. I wou
