Dear Box Support Team,


I am experiencing an issue with uploading PDF documents to Box after opening them in Adobe Reader on my Android device. All necessary permissions have been granted, but the upload still fails, resulting in an "Unknown Error." Even when I download the file and attempt to upload it as a new version, the same error occurs.


Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? I appreciate your help in advance.
