Hi support, I have 11 files that are appearing as sync failed in my desktop Box Sync app for windows. 2 reasons: unsupported name + dependency failure. When I click on "More..." button, I´m unable to see more details, as shown below. Here is the view on errors. Could you please advice how to check the files, or delete them, so it doesn´t pop-up each time? Thank you, Lenka
Trying to install Box Drive on Windows Surface 7. Pop-up window says "Box Drive requires a Windows restart to finish updating. If the problem persists, please contact Box Support to further troubleshoot the issue." Once logs are submitted a new window pops up that says "Your logs have been sent successfully. If you do not have an open support case with Box, please create one here so someone can follow up with you. A support case is required to investigate this issue." Clicking "here" takes me to this forum, not anywhere to submit a support ticket. I have restarted multiple times but the pop up still appears.
When I Open my file it will not "launch" the application. I have to download the file to edit which prevents myself and my team from working on the same document.
I am trying to give coadmin privileges, but I keep receiving an error that both primary and secondary emails have to have verified domains. The coadmin has only primary email and the domain (www.fiscoerevisione,it) is included in the list of verified domains in Enterprise Settings. My email domain (www.revisori.it) is verified too. What's going wrong? Where is the mistake? Thanks for your help
I rely on Box Drive to be up to date with items that are in its folders. Yesterday I knew files had been added but didnt see them in my box drive folders. I viewed them on box.com. I then checked my other computer and found that it too failed to add the files to its box drive folder. I logged out on both computers, restarted both and even reinstalled box drive on one of the computers. They both show exactly the same file activity with the most recent additions listed as having happened yesterday instead of today. Any ideas on what to try next?

Hello, the page shows me that 51,2 GB of 50 GB are used. But it shoudl be around 1-2 GB. I deleted a lot of files and emptied the trashcan, but the space is still marked as used. Please run the script to fix it. Thanks in advance Greetings Damien

I install Box Drive, click Log In and it takes me to my browser to log in, I log in and it says Launching Box Drive and shows me the Log In screen again. I tried uninstalling and deleting the App Data and the Reg Key. Still cannot log in to Box Drive.
My folder that is named All Files has no files. But my folder says 「121.0 MB/10.0 GB used」. Please clear my folder capacity. Then make my folder「0 MB/10.0 GB used」.
I have two laptops. One of them (office machine - Windows 11) works well with keeping my work up to date, but when I use the second laptop (home - Windows 10), it will not show changes made earlier in the day at the office. Likewise, if I work on my home laptop, that work will not be available when I sign on at the office. Based on info I read in this forum, I deleted the Box Sync application on both machines. The three startup apps are Box, Box edit, and Box Local Com Service, and they are enabled on both machines. Should I delete the Box location on the home computer and let it re-load that content? There are a bunch of files in my unsynched folder that I am sort of afraid to delete because I don't know what I might have done in the last month at home that did not sync. While I can rename the folder and not lose them, I would still need to go back and compare each individual file. I have tried reading all the advice but am not getting a solution that seems to work.
