Hi! My boss has multiple user accounts with 150GB and currently using 43GB. She accidentally had me as a Staff member linked as a Normal user, but she wished to add me as a Managed user so I could use her storage. She attempted to do so, yet I am still restricted by only getting a 10GB storage user limitation.

    Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist! 

    You can reach out to your Box Administrator to change your storage limit: 

    • Log in to box.com and navigate to Admin Console> Users & Groups. 
    • Locate the user's account to view and edit the user's storage used. 
    • Don't foget to "save" to capture the changes.
