i have used Box content explorer component on record page but not able to pass the box folder id dynamically. It is working on static value passed from lightning page builder but not able to access from record even if the field API name is as mentioned- folderId. How can i show the folder dynamically based on folder id on each account.
Hey! I signed up with Google and when I try to change my password (I currently have no password) to access a file that requires a strong password, I repeatedly get an error message. This occurs on both Safari and Chrome. I am unable to set up my password. Please help. Thank you.
A partner requires a complex password in order to share files, however when I attempt to create a password I encounter an error message. I created my free account by linking to Google. Please advise! Thanks.

I am logging in with the email address I used before to ask the question.After creating an account at <personal information-redacted> I accidentally deleted the account.I am trying to log in again because 120 days have passed since the account deletion.However, if the password is different, a message is displayed and you cannot log in.I requested a password reset to my current email address <personal information-redacted> but I have not received any emails. I tried twice, but neither time did I receive anything.Please allow this inquiry from the account as the target account <personal information-redacted> cannot log in. Please tell me how to deal with it.
Deleted all files but still it shows 9.7GB of 10 GB used. Why? Deleted all Box web files and Box files on PC. Also deleted Box web trash.
Most of my recipients that I send mail to have seen the Box application for the first time in their lives. When they click the download button on the Box page, the "Become a member" information message that pops up confuses my recipients. Even though they have clicked the download button and the file has already started downloading to their computers, and even though the window that opens says "Your file is being downloaded to your computer", they think that they cannot download without signing up. Please do not make this pop-up window so prominent. I am tired of constantly explaining it to my recipients and I have almost stopped using Box.

I had this lovely set up whereby I could access all my box folders from My Documents when accessing documents. I inadvertently deleted a box folder but was able to retrieve from trash. However, my box folders are no longer in My Documents folders. How should I go about restoring this function.

Hello, there is a user on my box that cannot be added because it says “user has a deactivated email in box”. We tried to reactivate his email but it says cannot be done online. I cannot figure out how to get someone from box on the phone. Are there any ideas about how to resolve this?
We are migrating from ShareFile and our access ends today and before we made the switch to Box we were told we would have access to the Advance Shuttle tool to make this migration easier and we are not able to access the Advance tool just the normal shuttle.
I created a free Box account with my Google Workspace account and need to access a restricted shared folder that requires a strong password. When I go to My Account to create a password, I get an error message that says, "There is a problem creating a password" but there is nothing for me to do except close out the alert. I need access to this shared folder ASAP, and in all of the other posts on this topic, no solution has been shared by the Box team for other community members. Could I please have Support help on this matter? Thank you!
I have a folder of MP3 files that were recorded via Audacity and then exported as mono MP3 files. Using the Box Android app, some of these files play as expected, meaning that they complete and then the next file plays. However, others do not exhibit this behavior. They may play and then stop at the end with the message, "Preview unavailable" so that the next file does not play, or it may halt playing abruptly in the middle of the song, and then you have to go to the app and tap Play again. And this is not just an issue with the Box player. I have had the same issue with other players, like that in File Manager +. I suspect the reason is that all of these web players use the same engine, and there is something about these Audacity files that it does not like. Do you have any idea as to why this happens and how to fix it, as it is very annoying and inconvenient?

Hi Box for Android seems to have stopped working on Chrome OS. Is there a timeline of when will this be fixed or any other way to have Box integrated with Files on Chrome OS ?
