Box showing incorrect storage

Hello,

 

I have no files in trash or under All Files tab but the storage still shows 3.8 GB storage is used. I added some file but deleted them soon after and also removed them from trash. Can a Box support help me fix this?

    Please note that the accumulated storage and/or number of files will be updated and may take up to 24 hours to be correct. If the issue remains unresolved after 24 hours, please inform me and we will investigate further.
