When uploading from Box to SharePoint by specifying a folder, the upload fails.

BoxとBoxToolがインストールされている環境では、フォルダを指定してBoxからSharePointにアップロードすると失敗します。
ファイルを指定すると、アップロードは成功します。
この問題は一部のデバイスで発生し、他のデバイスでは発生しません。
問題が発生しないデバイスで問題を再現するために必要な設定をアドバイスまたは提供していただけますか?
