My PCs cannot sync and upload files to cloud. My phone seemas to be fine.


When I try to view BOX in a web browser (Chrome and Edge) after inputting account name and password the bowser screen goes white and stays white. It does not connect or populate folder on screen

Thankyou so much! I have had this problem for a long time.....but never raised it with the support team. Using an incognito or private browser works!
