Everyone in our Account 19855602556 is getting this error when downloading files to our disc. After the message appears the user can click TRY AGAIN and it completes the download properly. This is s corrupted disc warning. We have examined our discs and have found no issue.  I am now wondering if this is a warning on the BOX Drives. 

I have a 10GB account. I have two of the default folders from BOX in there, both of which are empty. My trash is empty and has been for over a week, but 5.4GB is used somehow. Seems like this is a common issue too since I've found a few forum posts with the same problem.  Please fix my account so I can get some things uploaded here. Thanks.

Since 2 weeks my notification emails on activity in my box account are not arriving in my email. I checked my settings in outlook, but all seems okay there. Also the test email I sent, does not arrive. Looking forward to hearing from you.  

Hello, Box has placed me on the email suppression list again.  I have added all the emails to the approved senders list for Outlook.  I need to receive email notifications.  Can someone please remove me from the email suppression list?

Hi, i was trying to restore a file but it keep saying my Box is full even though i deleted everything inside. Understand that you have helped me solve the space issue, however my Bin is empty now. Can you help to restore my file? coz i could have restored the file if the Box wasn't full when it's supposed to be empty.

My account keeps telling me my storage is full. I recently deleted all files in the account, emptied the trash bin and added approx 5Gb of files. The account total shows I have used 49.9Gb out of 50Gb but this is not correct. I'm unable to store any more data in the account.

Hi, Unknowingly i have deleted one folder in BOX and it has been deleted for all. I was able to recover deleted folders from my trash, but the trash folder is empty. I cannot find my files inside. Please help me to recover all files as soon as possible. Sincerely,

Hi, I have received a download link via box for a digital product I bought (basically a PDF certificate). The link was only valid for 3 months. Although I opened the file on different devices for several times, I never actively saved it to a hard drive. Now the 3 months have passed, I can’t open that link any more and can’t find that file in the download folders of my devices. The vendor of this PDF file says he also deleted it after 3 months for data privacy reasons. Is there a possibility that you have a backup of the file and can re-activate the download link? Alternatively, can you tell me if the files I open from a box link are automatically saved to my device and where I could drive them? Thanks in advanced Johannes

We have a box.com account with four users. We all create folders, share the links with outside parties, and await files to be uploaded. Is there a way to set up a central integration (via Zapier or other) to notify a specific channel when a file is uploaded to any folder? By this I mean as the main Admin, I would set up this integration once, rather than each individual user having to set up a Zap or similar.

I am logged in to admin section and viewing all managed users, including app user. We have a "Legal Services" app user but I do not see them listed. My colleague does see them. He is an admin, I am an admin...Why do we not both see all accounts?

Hi, I'm having issues with FTP uploads to Box. Context: I'm using a DIY Raspberry-Pi-based field recording device to continuously capture 6-channel audio in 20min segements and upload the compressed FLAC files (and corresponding log files) to Box. The device runs the following scripts, which use 'lftp' to mirror the upload directory on the device to the designated FTP server: https://github.com/BeckyHeath/multi-channel-rpi-eco-monitoring/tree/master -- see in particular 'ftp_upload.sh' which is called within 'python_record.py', lines 209-247. I trialled this during a previous deployment of the device for a month between Oct. and Nov. last year (2023) and it worked without issues.  Problem: I re-deployed the device on Feb 13th. I did a brief trial the night before (12th Feb.), during which two audio files were captured and successfully uploaded, alongside the first part of a backlog of files that had accumulated in late Nov. and Dec. last year during which the device continued to record

Hi, Its difficult to figure out how to put in a support request, so hopefully it can be done through this.  I am trying to create new users in our account and the initial verification emails are not going through.  I checked and triple checked our security settings and spam, and it is just not going through.   Its happened to 2 separate emails addresses, so i'm not sure how to proceed?

Our User setup an account in Box before being setup as a Managed User on our enterprise. Once found out they deleted this account, however we are getting this red message and cannot work out how to set they up: There was an error inviting xxxxxx to join your enterprise. You can contact this user directly to log in to their account. The User does not create in our Enterprise at this stage either. Help?
