I use BOX that is managed by my client. I am a co-owner of the BOX, however I have not been able to invite my colleague to BOX since mid of April. All the co-owners in my company have the same problem. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Looks like you're having an issue inviting collaborators, do you have an error you can share in this forum? Kindly attach a screenshot for us to get a closer look. 


We'd love to further assist! 


I have added members and added them to folders, but some members are not getting invitations and some members invitation expired quickly
