Hi, a shared collaborator folder has disappeared but not been deleted by any collaborator. We have checked all trash boxes and history but there is no trace of the folder. How can we retrieve it?

If the your access to the collaborated folder has disappeared. Your collaboration access may have expired or removed. At this rate, kindly reach out to the owner to either locate the folder or send you a new invitation.
