Though I've updated my admin enterprise settings and my personal settings, I'm not receiving any email notifications for any activity in Box. Please help! I used to get emails regarding any file being downloaded, moved, or added. Now I don't get anything.

I run my own SaaS, so I understand you want to avoid churn customer. but if you keep ripping me off, that must be the violation of my human right. Dear, I received an email coming from 'jtaubert@box.com' saying that my account is currently out of compliance and that you need this discrepancy resolved before the end of the month in order for my account to be in good standing. They ask me to book time via a signature below in the mail. Are these type of emails really coming from you? Or do I need to be careful? Why do I not receive questions via the platform itself? I just started the trial of the Business Plus plan and am trying to add Box Shuttle to migrate my content from DropBox to Box. When I try to add Box Shuttle it will open a new tab with the public page describing what Box Shuttle is, but does not add it to my organization and does not give me any information as to why. In all the support articles I have looked through I haven't seen anything to indicate that Box Shuttle isn't available either on the trial or on the Business Plus plan. What do I need to do in order to use Box Shuttle to migrate our data? We have almost 100TB of content that would be hell to manually migrate.

My storage is saying that I have no more space to download files. However, I have zero files on my box account.
To be painfully blunt: your sort function is so bad I am considering moving to a competitor. I need to keep my file folders in order by name and number but there is no way to set a global and persistent setting. And even when I do select "name", your sort function puts the numbers with the same initial number together so that 11, 12, 13 etc is put after 1. This is a very basic sort function and shouldn't be difficult. Am I missing something here? I've searched your help area without success. Thad Woodward
I am unable to add a user to our box account I receive the following message. How do we rectify this. "Email already used in a Box account but not associated with an enterprise." The other box account was erroneously opened and then deleted. We need to add her to our organization account with her work email.

PathToFolder = "/Users/renzhibin/Library/CloudStorage/Box-Box/2024Jan"MkDir PathToFolder It will raise an error as below. If I attempted to create a folder(/Users/renzhibin/Library/2024Jan) in local drive, it will succeed.
