Hello

We have a few folders that suddenly disappeared overnight. - we are unable to access them online or on the Box drive downloaded. The folders are not visible on the Box online version - but a few folders seem to be visible on my Box drive with a red asterisk indicating that it is not synced. I am also unable to refresh the folder or sync it. 

The missing folders are not viewable in the Trash either. Any help in figuring out how to restore them - would be much appreciated.
