My old phone that hosted the authenticator app got damaged and no longer operates. I have a new phone now. 

I can't get back into the account  as I also lost the verification codes.


My account type is BUSINESS, and it appears that the Instant Log features is not available for my type of account.


If there are any alternative solutions, that would be appreciated as well.
