I'm trying to create a link in a PDF to a specific page of a PDF that is already loaded on Box. I am trying the #page=3 format but that doesn't seem to work. Is there another way?
Hello I have an account with 50 GB and although I've alredy deleted a lot of files, Box still prevents me for uploading data. This already happened one month ago. My account ID is 178580184 I've readed an article explaining why may this can happend (https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043695334-Storage-Usage-Or-File-Count-In-My-Account-Is-Incorrect) and I've also readed some posts saying that you can run some kind of script to solve this issue. Until recently I have always been able to highlight text in a word or pdf document while using the web browser and copy and paste it without opening the document in word/adobe. I use this a lot as I have documents containing email adresses and names. Has a setting changed? If so what do I need to do to enable cut and paste from within Box?
I am unable to log into box drive after downloading onto my laptop. The prompt sends me back to the browser to log in, after I do this the pop up sends me back to the app, which sends me back to the browsers to log in again. I am logging in through google so the password is not incorrect. Please let me know if there are settings on my laptop to change so I can get the box drive to work or any answers available!
Hi there, I'm wondering if I can have my invoice in advance. I'm using Box for company, to pay by card, we have to approve before payment. I understand the invoice is saved in my account after payment. (so in invoice, the balance due is zero). So, if there is a way to get my invoice in advance (the balance would be my account fee, not zero), please let me know.
I have 'viewer-uploader' permission. But through Box Drive via Windows Explorer, when I try to open a PDF file, it doesn’t open, or Acrobat opens to a blank document with an error message (please see below)stating that I do not have rights to view the file. However, if I copy the PDF onto my Desktop locally and opens it, it works fine. Is this an incompatibility issue? Could you please assist me in looking into it? Thank you for your help.
My request is VERY basic. Get a list of thee following: List all top level folders List the path of the folder List the owners and co-admins List the size of the folder including subfolders List the number of items in the folder and subfoldersUsing JWT for this and have enabled all scopes with apps + enterprise accessThe real issue is that I STILL have to add the service account as a co-admin to get this data. How can I ensure my enterprise token access can just read data enterprise wide? This is ridiculous that this isn't even a report in the console that I have to build a custom solution.l

Hello! I'm looking for a way to share folders that requires a sign-in so the email will show in the watermark. When I just share a general link, it will show just the timestamp and not the email in the watermark if the person is not logged in to box. Only way I've found so far to keep the email watermark is by making the folder Invite Only, but I'm looking for a way around that. Is there a setting I'm missing somewhere that requires people to Sign-in to view w/out an invite? Thanks in advance for the help!

I was using Google Authenticator for multi factor authentication codes for box (for business user).Changed to new phone and lost previous google authenticator including the one for box. At our Main location, I tried Box via the web browser, when I try to open a file, it tries to use Word on the Web, but can’t connect to the server and can’t open the file. This is the case for numerous people at this location. At our Prospect location, this is not a problem.
