Adding users but account already exists outside of enterprise

I'm doing my initial setup of 25 users and 8 already have box accounts that use our company domain but aren't affiliated with our new enterprise account.  Not sure how to contact support to fix this.  TIA

Thanks.  This did help eventually.  The short answer is:

When you get the message that the account already exists, hit Save a second time and it will work.
