Hello I have a similar issue as everybody in here. I cannot download any files despite being able to upload files to the site and having access to the folders. I can't make it work so I'd like to place a ticket or obtain any help from the support. It does not work on other browsers either. I click the download button, and nothing happens. I have no adblockers nor extensions. Nothing seems to work. What am I doing wrong? Can I get any contact from your IT support? Kind regards
I need Jayashree Ray's account moved from External users to Managed Users. I tried hitting the elipses on the user account and selecting "Make Managed User" yesterday but nothing came of it. Thank you, Jeff Abare
How do i enable email uploads?
Hi ,i have a user that was unmanaged user on BOX his files have gone missing, searched everywhere on his account this is after I formatted his laptop, but I believe that shouldn't be an issue, we then created him to be a managed user but still nothing is showing under his files, can you assist to recover his work .

We utilize opening up Excel files on box.com using the Open button on the upper right of a file, "Microsoft Excel Online". We have noticed that almost no files have the option available and we cannot figure out why. We have been using it daily for a year. Is these any reason why an excel file would not be available online while another is not? I have tried saving various types of Excel files (.xlsm,.xlsx) and none of them work when .xls doesn't work. Any idea what is going on?
1) Not using free version 2) Enterprise settings have default for Shared Link Access set to "People with the Link" 3) After following steps to apply password to Shared Link, not presented with option at bottom of pop up screen for "People with the Link" and therefore am not able to apply password to shared link.
I have tried multiple ways by reading the support platform to try to transfer the admin to myself because the previous person left the company. We have access to the account but it will not allow transferring without verifying the domain and we don't have the ability to do that either. Is there something else we can do?

I am receiving the below error when trying to setup Box with SF.
Our box account admin is owned by our CFO who no longer works at the company. Complicating matters is the fact that we no longer have access to his work email because it was associated with a domain name that we no longer have control over. We'd like to change admin to a new email address within our company. Would appreciate assistance on this matter because we fear losing access to the account.
Failed to configure SSO with Azure as IdP.The box account that received this error is an Enterprise account. My concern is that I have previously tested SSO on a box Business account with the same Azure account as IdP. This time it worked fine.Please delete this Business account completely if necessary.Please let us know if there are other causes. The error screen is attached.

If I am in an area where there is no cell service how can I send photos to box and when I get into service range they will automatically upload? Is this possible? Also, is there any permission which allows a user to delete files in a folder but not delete the folder itself? I want to also allow them to edit a subfolder name.
I logged in to My Box yesterday and all my files and pictures are gone.
