Unable to receive email to reset password

Hi Team! 

We have a co-worker who is trying to reset her BOX password but is not able to receive the reset password email. She has checked her spam/junk folders - it is not there. We did the basic troubleshooting advised on your help posts but to no avail. 

Can someone please help us?
