I haven't accessed my box.com account for a while.  I have my email and password, but my account is requiring two factor authenticiation but is not connected to any authentication apps I currently have (and I have a new computer and new phone since I last used my account).  I cannot change the settings to address this because I cannot get into my account.  Is there a way support can grant me access to my account so I can update the 2FA?  Otherwise I'm completely locked out.
