Recently, I have deleted several files, including permanently removing them from the Trash. However, I noticed that the storage space in my account has not been freed up as expected. Despite waiting for more than 24 hours, the available storage remains unchanged.

Box will not allow me to upload files. t says that box is full howver on the admin consol it shows that it is no where near full. What can be done to resolve this issue.
Hi all, I did not see this as a previous post, but I'm running into situations where .MOV files uploaded to Box do not preview properly. When downloaded the file audio functions properly, but in Box preview it only appears to be pulling in the first audio channel - all other audio channels are muted/ignored. Anyone else encountering this / is this a known issue? Thanks in advance

Something is wrong with the upload/download speeds from Box. I am using Box from Google Chrome. Both download and upload speeds are about 8 mbps. I've noticed this for 3 days now. No, it's not my internet connection - I measured it and the internet speed is > 100 mbps. I cleared my browser cache and don't have extensions. Still the same issue. My laptop is up to date in terms of Windows and system updates. This seems like a Box problem. What changed?

Hi, I am receiving the following error when attempting to upload our list of emails for a batch send process. "Incorrect mimetype: expected text/csv found application/vnd.ms-excel". Any help with what this error means and how to correct it is appreciated. I am using the batch file template from Box and have tried saving the file to different .csv types.
