company name changed unexpectedly

When I logged into my company on Box, I noticed that the company name unexpectedly changed from my company to the name of one of my clients. This is the name in the box on the upper right corner of the home screen. I didn't make this change. How do I change it back to my company? The company name is greyed out when I click on the account settings.
