Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Storage Used.
In the future, if you experience incorrect storage, please let us know in this forum.

I am having the same issue. In my account settings it literally says:
Storage Used
0 B of 10.0 GB
I cannot upload anything to my box anymore. The file is under 150mb too so why is this happening?
I need help as soon as possible. This is for a client.
I’m having the same issue. Is there someone that could help me, too?
