Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Storage Used.

I have the same problem. I've got Enterprise Account 285599266. I seem to have hit my storage limit, but the account clearly has "Unlimited Storage."
Same issue. Won't allow me to upload documents but my account settings show I have over 90% of storage capacity remaining.
Need assistance ASAP with this issue. I have a legal requirement to get documents uploaded by the EOD and can't do that.
This is so ridiculous that Box won't comment on this issue. I like Box, but their customer service sucks. I'm not sure if you're having the same problem as me, but I found that - yes, indeed - I have unlimited storage .... BUT (and here's the catch) ... you can't upload files of unlimited size. I think for some reason Box restricts the upload size to something like 25GB (I'm not sure), so I had to do a lot of individual uploads, rather than a single upload. Sounds like you're in a bind. I hope that helps.
