Terrific share TEAM BOX and this Community is a great forum for us to engage with each other!  What a week and the Enterprise Advanced announcements - especially around AI Studio, etc - were just stellar.  Immediately after the announcements - we activated EAdvanced in our org and now we’re building AI Agents, Hubs and innovating on the edge.  Applause and we suspect that Mom is Proud!  #GoCloud

🚀 It’s been an incredibly exciting week! Let’s unlock the full potential of Box’s Intelligent Content Management Platform. 🚀

We’re thrilled that your organization is one of the first to activate EAdvanced. We can’t wait to hear about your use cases and see how it’s transforming the way your org works! #GoCloud 🙌

As with many of us, our heads are spinning. Now, we unlock AI potential that is closer to the end-user workflow automation outcomes we seek (the real value of AI is unlocking human potential) - so we’ll have 1,000 use cases to drive that.  A few things we’re working on now with our newly activated EAdvanced:  1. We’re building a Learning Design Box Hub.  In that Hub, we’ll have a payload of digital learning design modules (aligned to Bubo Defense Learning Design contracts we have in place supporting our public sector and enterprise customers).  Then, using Box AI Studio, we’re going to stand up an AI Agent on top of it so that we have an intelligent co-pilot activated to allow us to more intelligently interact with the content.  2. We’re going to build thematic Hubs on Box (Project Centric, Client Centric, HR Centric, Legal Centric, etc) and on each of those, we’ll stand up an AI Agent on top of it - targeting the agent directly to the content we enable within each Hub.  We’ll have baked in security and trust protocols as only need-to-know actors will be able to engage on relevant content aligned to their role or persona via the AI Agent.  Once done, we’re activating mxHERO’s Mail2Cloud Intelligent Email Management platform to auto-ingest email content (email body, email metadata and attachments) into those same Hubs - using intelligent ‘content type’ automation (e.g. Legal Matter # X related emails will flow into it’s respective Hub - ensuring Attorney-Client privilege, Invoices flowing within email will flow into an AP Hub, Project X documents will flow into Project X Hub, Support Case XXX for Client YYY, all flowing into the right Hub, etc).  That will give us full unstructured data access via the AI Agents to engage with the content intelligently - including the ability to gain insights from the ‘context’ and ‘content’ that might have flowed via email on that very specific topic.  It’s game on and we’re building through the weekend as now - Box has enabled us to run faster on our Agentic AI strategy.  We’ll learn a lot here fast and that will enable us to solve real-world challenges for our customers.  #GoCloud
