What capabilities will Enterprise Advanced include?
The Enterprise Advanced plan includes all of the capabilities currently in Enterprise Plus along with the following additional products/capabilities:
- Box Apps: Create intelligent, no-code apps with custom dashboards, metadata views, and integrated workflows
- Box Forms: Publish engaging web and mobile forms to initiate key business processes
- Box Doc Gen*: Generate custom documents dynamically, directly in Box, using data from different sources
- Box Doc Gen API*: Dynamically generate documents in custom and third party applications
- Box AI Studio: Configure and deploy powerful Box AI agents to accelerate work
- Box AI for Metadata*: Automate metadata extraction and reduce manual work using Box AI
- Large file uploads: Work with large files (up to 500 GB)
- Box Archive: Provide advanced data preservation with long-term content storage
- Plus, all of the current capabilities in the Enterprise Plus plan
*Additional volume available for purchase. Box Forms, Box Doc Gen, Box AI for Metadata, and Box Archive estimated release in Q1 2025.
What API, Sign, and Doc Gen allocations are available in Enterprise Advanced?
Enterprise Advanced offers higher allocations as follows:
- 200,000 Box Platform API Calls per month
- 2,000 Box AI Platform API Calls per month
- 2,000 Box Doc Gen documents generated via the Box Doc Gen API
- Unlimited Box Doc Gen documents generated:
- When using Box Doc Gen natively as a Box Relay outcome
- When using Box Gen for Salesforce OR when leveraging Doc Gen via generally available Box or partner-built integrations with 3rd party apps
- Box Sign:
- Unlimited documents sent via integrations generally available Box or partner-built integrations with 3rd party apps
- 2,000 documents when leveraging Box Sign via generally custom built integrations
