| Introducing the New Box Agent (Apr 2026) Feature | GA | Box has released the new Box Agent, a new AI-powered experience that enables users to interact with organizational content through natural language — not just by searching for files, but by orchestrating across them to produce finished outputs.
This release also includes updates to Box AI Studio, which allows administrators to build and deploy custom agents across their organization. |
| Recipient groups in Box Sign for Salesforce Launched | We released recipient groups in the Box Sign for Salesforce integration as part of the Box for Salesforce v5.39 release.
This new capability introduces the recipient groups feature in the native Box Sign web app within the Box for Salesforce integration, enabling senders and signers with the ability to progress a signature request forward as soon as a single recipient from a selected group of recipients signs or approves a signature request. |
