• Last activity date added to User Details Report (Jan 2025)

  We’ve added a new “Last activity date” column to the Users Details Report. This will help Admins effectively track a user’s last time stamp of activity in Box.

• Email Notifications for your Shuttle Jobs

  Box Shuttle will soon start sending email notifications when their Shuttle job starts and when it finishes.

• Preview on hover in list views

  Preview on hover in list view will soon be available for file types, including text documents, spreadsheets, and images.

• Box for Teams Enhancement
  Recently, we made changes to support the new Admin Delegated Authorization feature for the Box for Teams integration. As a result, all customers will now need to accept additional permissions the next time they use the Box for Teams app, regardless of whether the feature is enabled or not.

• Introducing the Box Enterprise Advanced Plan

  On January 14, 2025, Box will launch its new Enterprise Advanced¹ Plan, which will allow Box customers to leverage intelligent content workflows, secure document management, and the full power of AI.
