  We will be releasing the ability for managed users to share their signature requests in Box Sign with other managed users.

• Configurable signing reasons to support 21 CFR Part 11 compliance in Box Sign
  We will soon release the ability for admins to configure customizable signing reasons and for signers to provide their own, within Box Sign signature requests supporting 21 CFR Part 11 compliance.

• Modifications to SMS authentication workflow in Box Sign (Dec 2024)
  We made modifications to how signers are authenticated when the SMS authentication configuration is enabled by senders in Box Sign.

• Box Shield is integrating with CrowdStrike to deliver enhanced endpoint protection (Dec 2024)
  We have launched a new integration with the CrowdStrike Falcon platform, bringing powerful new endpoint protection to our customers.

• Box is putting KeySafe enablement in your hands (Jul 2024)

  Box deployed an update to how customers enable our KeySafe solution, allowing them to own the activation process from within the Admin Console, giving greater levels of control and visibility.

• Box for Outlook Enhancement

  Box for Outlook brings your secure Box content repository directly into your Outlook interface. Due to some recent changes made to enhance the security of Box for Outlook, users will need to re-grant the Box app certain permissions when they next use the integration.
