Track AI API usage in Admin Console
Box is delivering a new visibility tool for our admins to provide better insight into how your organization uses the Box AI API. -
App availability control at user/group level
Currently, Box admins can control which integration apps can be used at their enterprise. Coming soon it will also be possible to selectively enable integration apps to particular managed users and groups. -
Query with Box AI for Notes
Box AI Q&A functionality is now available in Notes via the new AI button in the header. -
External Users added to the User Details Report
We've added a new user type, External User, to the User Details Report. -
New protection against the use of compromised user credentials
We will be rolling out a new tool that allows enterprises to detect user credentials that were exposed as part of a breach and require they be updated before accessing Box content.
