| Permanent Delete Action in Content Manager Coming soon | We are making enhancements to Content Manager, allowing for the permanent deletion of files and folders from trash. |
| External Users Delete (Aug 2025) GA | Admins can now remove up to 100 external users in one API call. The job runs in the background and sends a completion report that lists any successes or failures. This fast, consistent process saves Admin time and tightens security. |
| Conditional fields in Box Sign (Aug 2025) GA | With conditional fields users can set up conditions to allow various fields to interact with each other, and enables users to expose specific fields when the specified conditions are met. This condition can be a single event, like checking a single checkbox, or it can be a combination of events where one of those events must occur to successfully meet the condition. |
| Box for Slack integration enhancements Coming soon | We will be enhancing our Box for Slack integration using Slack’s new framework for representing remote files. Users will gain more visibility into their Box files on Slack, such as enhanced previews, file details and conversations right in Slack without switching between apps. |
| Support for deleting forms in Box Forms Coming soon | Soon, users have the capability to permanently delete forms that they no longer need or use. This new functionality will allow users to keep their list of forms relevant and free from unnecessary entries. Deleting a form will be permanently remove the form along with all associated submission data. This action cannot be undone. |
