Using Box AI, insights from email's unstructured data (including context from the email body between human actors, metadata and attachments) can be captured to accelerate outcomes and inform Agentic AI powered workflows.

mxHERO is also able to support enterprise users of OpenAI's GPT5 or the leading Model Context Protocol (MCP)-powered AI platforms (e.g. Claude from Anthropic).

What's really cool is that any results link directly to the source file content in Box (e.g. if prompted as: "Show me X from these emails, for date range Y, and when you do, give me the cited email source that resides in the Box Intelligent Content Cloud"). The results based on the prompt will not only render, but the source within Box is linked right there!
