I cannot access my USAfx account

This seems to be a recurring issue based on other posts regarding the same issue. I’ve set up a USAfx account and have previously accessed it. Now, when trying to sign in, it says “unable to log in”. If I hit “reset password”, I never receive an email to do so. This has been going on for over a week. Very frustrating as I have items that need to be pulled before they expire.

The Box account you’ve used to post in the forum, is that the one you have with USAfx?
