If it is not in the trash you (or your Box admin if you are in a company/organization) will need to contact Box Support to see if they can recover them. NOTE: Box can only recover files for 14 days after they have been purged from the trash.

Could you provide me with a valid contact possibility to get in touch. there where files permanently removed not from the admin and we have to restore the data. It's essential for our ego-work.

There is no way to submit a ticket that I can see. I go round in circles with community options only.

Hi there, I need help to recover a deleted file from March 10th, 2023.  I don't see where to submit a ticket?  When I click "contact support" it just goes to the forum chat.  Is there a phone number I can call?  Thank you very much!
