I have an issue that says I have to manually reset Box Drive, but it sends me straight to the forum but no answers. I am not sure what to do. 

the message says:

Box Drive has encountered a problem that requires you to manually reset Box Drive.

If the problem persists, please contact Box Support to further troubleshoot the issue.

what should I do?

Has anyone received support?  I've been dealing with this for more than a month and BOX drive still not working even after working with the IT Support desk and trying many options.

since yesterday I have issues with box, I uninstalled it and reinstalled it and today I got this message to manually reset my box, can anybody help me please

I have the same problem. I have followed the instructions several times to try to manually reset Box on my Mac:

I have completely uninstalled and re-installed Box. None of the above has corrected this issue. Help!

Same issue here too. I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times. The prompts for the Mac don't seem to be doing anything. Help!!

It  happens every time I logout of one account and login into another on a MAC 11.7.3.

I wanted to ask support about it but only option I have is forum

Annoying but does not seem to break anything
