We have created a new box account (Business plus). We want to take over box content of another domain/organization activities into this new account. What is the best approach to accomplish this?
Currently my account does not allow the “other domain” content owner/admin to be made part of my license due to different domain names.
Pls advise.

Welcome to Box Community and I’ll be assisting you regarding content transfer.
Since the Box contents belong to a user outside of your Business Plus account, to migrate them into your account would be through transfer folder ownership.

You can transfer the folder ownership long as the user taking over the folder is an existing collaborator. However, please expect that it’ll break active shared links if the new owner is an external collaborator.
