Rona’s point above does stand, but I took a shot at machine-translating the ask! As I understand it, it seems like an issue is being experienced when migrating from Box Sync to Box Drive?

Our team can take a look into this, but would need some logs. Would you be able to open a case with support, and provide them with your logs? Given that Box Drive does not seem to be starting, you may need to follow the steps here to manually get your logs.

We have a helpful thread started by another community member yesterday that goes through submitting a ticket!

For some additional clarity to help us as well, can you detail the particular error you face when trying to Uninstall Box Drive? 

​@chama Our engineering team was able to look into the issue; it is not one that is rooted in Box Drive, thankfully. We’re working on getting a fix out, and it should roll out soon. I can keep you updated once it’s rolling out.
