Box Sync から Box Drive への移行でトラブってます

Windows11 のデスクトップアプリで、Box Sync を利用していましたが、Box Drive への移行がMUSTというような通知が来て Box Drive をインストールしました。
するとエクスプローラーで既存のファイルにアクセスできなくなっただけではなく、PC起動時に「Box Drive で予期しないエラーが発生しました」のウィンドウが出るようになり、アプリの削除を試みても削除できない状況です。上書インストールを試みると「最新バージョンです」としてはじかれます。解決方法を知りたいです。

Rona’s point above does stand, but I took a shot at machine-translating the ask! As I understand it, it seems like an issue is being experienced when migrating from Box Sync to Box Drive?

Our team can take a look into this, but would need some logs. Would you be able to open a case with support, and provide them with your logs? Given that Box Drive does not seem to be starting, you may need to follow the steps here to manually get your logs.

We have a helpful thread started by another community member yesterday that goes through submitting a ticket!

For some additional clarity to help us as well, can you detail the particular error you face when trying to Uninstall Box Drive?
