2 Factor Authentication

I hope this message finds you well.

I am an administrator at [Company Name], and we are currently in the trial period of using Box.

We have already started testing the service and are in the process of adding Box accounts that our employees had previously created to our company account.
However, one of our employees has changed their mobile phone, and as a result, they are unable to receive the two-factor authentication (verification code) required to log in.

We would greatly appreciate your support in helping us regain access to the account.
