Hello: I provide IT support for a major university.  I need to download the Box Sync .msi file for installation on a Windows system.Yes, I know Box Sync is being deprecated in December, but I still need the installer.I can only find the installer for Box Drive but not Sync anywhere.   Please advise.Thank you.  

I am trying to add user and I have seats available. However, Box wants to charge me everytime I add a user even though I have seats available. What is the fix here?

I am trying to add a user but it says the email is already used in Box but not associated with an enterprise. How do I add them to my group?

We invited the user to create a Box account, but it appears they had previously registered with Box. They had set up two-factor authentication using SMS (mobile phone number), but since their phone number has changed, they are unable to receive the SMS and cannot log in.According to the help documentation, in this case, Support needs to remove the multi-factor authentication.Could you please assist with this request?Target user: [removed by moderator]

Hello Box Community,I found several similar questions on the community, but none seemed to match our exact situation (specifically regarding the deletion and recreation of the Google account). Therefore, I am posting this new question.We are facing a login issue with a user in our organization, and we use Google Workspace.Here is the summary of the problem: A user previously logged into Box using their Google account. This original Google account was deleted. Later, a new Google account was created using the exact same email address. When the user now tries to log in to Box with this new Google account, they receive an error. The error message shown in Japanese is: 「BOXアカウント<mail address>はすでに別のGoogleアカウントに関連づけられています。<mail address>にログインして、この関連付けを解除してから続行してください。」 This translates roughly to: "The Box account <mail address> is already linked to another Google account. I need to export the list of sub-folders in a shared folder. I am the owner of that folder but I am not an admin user in my organization.

Hello, I’m having errors trying to link another email account. I need to change the current emails and according to what I read it’s the only way but I could do it. I was able to add one emails account, when I use the link, the link was expired and I wasn’t able to link again the accound nor another account. How can I do it or what can I do?.

A coworker, who is no longer with the company, was the owner of a folder in Box that contained numerous subfolders. Before they left, I was made the co-owner. However, the folder has since disappeared and is no longer accessible. Since the coworker has left and cannot be contacted, it's unclear whether any changes or deletions were made to the folder before their departure. How can I get the folder back?

I just switched from a Free Account to a Paid Subscription and now all my exisitng files are missing.

Is there a way to change the expiration date on the shared links? I followed these steps:Located the file/ folder, clicked the Share option, then clicked Link Settings. The Shared Link Settings window opens. Under Link Expiration where Disable Shared Link is enabled, I clicked the calendar icon but it’s greyed out and I cannot change the date.Is there something else I can do or is this something that my IT department will have to resolve?

When I use the action "Get Box Folder Contents by Folder Id as Current Box User" and specify a Folder ID to retrieve a list of contents, it results in a system error.Could you please guide me on the correct way to set this up and use it?

I’m having trouble signing in to Box (free version) using my company email address.Although our company does not use Box, we receive and share documents with a customer via Box, so I need to be able to log in.However, I’m not sure about the two-factor authentication (2FA) settings for my account, and I believe this is preventing me from signing in. Working on files and all of a sudden the folder I was working in just disappeared! It's not in trash; this is several weeks of work!!!!
