I tried to create a new personal account with a new email and it appears the typical “We’ve Sent You a Confirmation EmailTo login to your account you’ll need to verify your email: [removed by moderator] . The verification link will expire in 15 minutes.” But i get nothing. I've tried everything and nothing. I’m completely stuck in here and can’t understand why; please help!

I am trying to install box tools but our IT policies require a full offline installer (preferably MSI or a complete EXE installer) suitable for enterprise deployment. Do you support this?

Hi everyone,I’m facing a technical deadlock and I need some help. I accidentally deleted a folder containing 53GB of data (composed of many small files). It is currently in my Trash.However, my account has a 50GB storage limit. When I try to restore the folder, Box prevents the action, stating that the folder exceeds my account's capacity.Since I cannot "open" the folder within the Trash to restore it piece by piece, I am stuck. I cannot restore it to download and move it elsewhere because I don't have enough "active" space to hold it.Could a moderator or support agent temporarily increase my quota or help me restore this folder so I can retrieve my data?Thank you in advance.

we had set up Box few years back and had a different domain name then. we had re branded and wanted to change the Box login to the new one. it did not allow us to do. so had upgraded to business plus plan but even then it was not working.  so have created a new login and uploaded the contents and have bought the business plus plan. now i want to downgrade the older version to a free version as i do not want to pay twice. can anyone assist me with this please as to how this can be done. thank you

We invited the user to create a Box account, but it appears they had previously registered with Box. They had set up two-factor authentication using SMS (mobile phone number), but since their phone number has changed, they are unable to receive the SMS and cannot log in.According to the help documentation, in this case, Support needs to remove the multi-factor authentication.Could you please assist with this request?Target user: [removed by moderator]

I am trying to adjust an external user who is a Collaborator on a Folder between them and my company. When I go into their External User profile, than go into the Folder, permissions and try to change them from “Preview Uploader” to “Viewer Uploader” I am hit with the error pop up “Access level could not be changed”. The external user said they use to be able to edit or delete files if they accidentally uploaded the wrong ones to the folder, but as of the past few weeks they are no longer able to do so. Did something change with the level of permissions that are allowed for an External User?

We are trying to upgrade our plan and there is a payment error, it asks to verify all fields again or contact support. We tried multiple cards and the same error occurs. Please advise on how we may proceed.

I am trying to add user and I have seats available. However, Box wants to charge me everytime I add a user even though I have seats available. What is the fix here?

Hi I have unsynced files on my local drive due to Box storage issue. I was informed to log out of Box to see if I can upload the files to Box.  However, after I logged out of Box, then logged back in, all my files on the unsyncedFiles folder on my local drive are gone.   Is there anyway to restore those files.  I checked the trash can, they are not there.  Thanks!
