I want to register a new email address, but I can't receive a confirmation email at the new email address. Do you know if the following addresses are on the suppression list?E-mail Address: <personal information redacted>

I’m trying to download a file that I created via the API, but keep getting an SSL error. Note that I can download the same file successfully using the API Developer playground, providing just the file ID and my developer token. We are trying to upgrade our plan and there is a payment error, it asks to verify all fields again or contact support. We tried multiple cards and the same error occurs. Please advise on how we may proceed.

For years Box.com has asked me to upgrade.   I finally try personal pro, and you won’t let me and you won’t let me pay, or submit a support ticket.    I tried 2 cards, same response.  Please do not bill me if  you are not going to let me upgrade.

I received a notice that I had been charged for the next month of service, but I had intended to cancel service. Is it possible to cancel now, and receive a refund for the service? I have not used it for over a week

How do I delete my account? 

We invited the user to create a Box account, but it appears they had previously registered with Box. They had set up two-factor authentication using SMS (mobile phone number), but since their phone number has changed, they are unable to receive the SMS and cannot log in.According to the help documentation, in this case, Support needs to remove the multi-factor authentication.Could you please assist with this request?Target user: [removed by moderator]

This original Google account was deleted. Later, a new Google account was created using the exact same email address. I am trying to create a file, to which I can share a link with 80+ external users to easily allow them to upload their company’s logo.I’ve tried various setting in creating the link, but can’t seam to get it right.  No one has been successful in uploading any of their logo’s.What is the right way to do this?

I just completed the Salesforce integration with Box. However, we have many existing client folders that I would like to repurpose as Accounts folders. Is there a way to create the Account association by creating the folder metadata in Salesforce using existing folder IDs in Box. I understand I would need to add the folder Id and account record ID in the meta but am not sure how to see that data in the older box files. Or, if there is a better way to migrate the data, open to all suggestions. Thanks in advance! 

we had set up Box few years back and had a different domain name then. we had re branded and wanted to change the Box login to the new one. it did not allow us to do. so had upgraded to business plus plan but even then it was not working.  so have created a new login and uploaded the contents and have bought the business plus plan. now i want to downgrade the older version to a free version as i do not want to pay twice. can anyone assist me with this please as to how this can be done. thank you 

Hello,I am trying to establish a connection from one of our servers to a customers server. I have some scripts to ftps a file to their box.com account. The ports are open in our firewall but the command just hangs.I’m curious if because my account [removed by moderator] is a general / basic account if this feature is disabled or not allowed unless you have a upgrade account? i am using my account and trying to push it to the box.com/doi_talent folder which is owned by another customer and i believe they have a paid account with you guys.I’m getting no errors, just does not work. thank you for your time using curl commands

Hello, I was wondering if I am able to reactivate my school email BOX account after deactivating it a few weeks ago. When I try putting in my email after clicking the reactivation link, it says there's an error and I get this message: “There was an error processing your request. The account associated with this email is not eligible for online reactivation. Please contact our Billing Support team at 1-877-729-4269 or billing@box.com.”  I appreciate any help in reactivating the account as I must use it for my school coursework. I have a business plan account and cannot create a support ticket.  I clicked on everything for a long time and I can only reach the support forum.   I tried everything I found on the support forum and still cannot connect to create a support ticket.  If anyone can please assist me. 

Hello: I provide IT support for a major university.  I need to download the Box Sync .msi file for installation on a Windows system.Yes, I know Box Sync is being deprecated in December, but I still need the installer.I can only find the installer for Box Drive but not Sync anywhere.   Please advise.Thank you.
