I received a notice that I had been charged for the next month of service, but I had intended to cancel service. Is it possible to cancel now, and receive a refund for the service? I have not used it for over a week

Hello. I have been using the free box account and recently accepted an invite from my organization’s admin to Box Enterprise. I see all of my folders I had in my free account and even see the note on the side that says how many files are in the folder, but when I click on the folder I don’t see any files. Where did everything go???? Help please!

Hello!When Content Insights identifies an authenticated collaborator’s action as “Downloaded,” which methods generate that event? Specifically, does the event occur when the collaborator : (1) previews the file, (2) opens it in Microsoft Word for the web using Office co-authoring, (3) opens it in desktop Word through Box Edit, (4) opens it through Box Drive, OR (5) manually selects Download? We need to distinguish browser-based co-authoring from actions that create a local copy for compliance purposes.Thanks in advance for the responses and insights!

However, in my case, I only have the shared link and do not know who owns the file or folder, so I'm unable to contact the owner directly.Is there any way to identify the owner or determine who shared the link? I am the admin of an Enterprise account.  We are unable to create a support ticket. Going to https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/requests/new only allows us to post to the community, clicking “Contact Support on https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/requests/ also redirects to the community.  The box pricing page says Enterprise has “Standard Business Support”, yet there is no way to access it.

How can I delete my account and everything think related to Box 

We are trying to upgrade our plan and there is a payment error, it asks to verify all fields again or contact support. We tried multiple cards and the same error occurs. Please advise on how we may proceed.

I am now getting a box asking to confirm move when moving files from one folder to another. It happens for each file being moved. This just started up and I move files daily so would like to turn this off but cannot see ow to do that. 

My box drive can no longer sync and is saying I am out of space. However this is not the case. I have upgraded and should be allocated 100GB. We are using 19GB as per the admin console.  Could I please open a support ticket to resolve this? Thank you,Gary

I am trying to get a copy of the Soc 2 Type 2 report for Box on behalf of my client as their security consulting service. I am reading on multiple other requests and support messages that you will need to open a ticket to get this, however, when going to the links provided in these other discussions, I do not get an option to open a Support Request, just to do community. Is anyone able to help me get in contact with Box Support to get this report as it is needed for my client's upcoming audit.

Hi, I’m request urgent assistance with recovering data that was maliciously deleted and purged from a shared enterprise folder.A collaborator recently removed and permanently purged critical business files. Because the items were manually purged, standard trash recovery from our end has not been successful. Could we be able to request a backend data restoration to yesterday?
