I don’t like the new linear view on the collections page.  Please bring it back!  I need to see them all at once.

Hi, I’m request urgent assistance with recovering data that was maliciously deleted and purged from a shared enterprise folder.A collaborator recently removed and permanently purged critical business files. Because the items were manually purged, standard trash recovery from our end has not been successful. Could we be able to request a backend data restoration to yesterday?

I am missing multiple files, files that I have created and others that were shared via box. Need help to either restore or regain access to these as they are very sensitive.

i would like to know is there anyway that i can retrieve deleted files from empty trash? It seems like someone from my collaborator has been accidentally deleted the shared files. 

Hi,I have a service account that was invited into a few client’s folders. It was probably renamed and it is under developers console → Platform Apps → Name of app now. I got everything here as Authorized and enabled since Jan 2023. Client changed security and enforces 2FA now, which I do have for my account. If I go to to the Content Manager, I see nothing here. All folders I had access to are gone. From the folder’s perspective I see the automation user as Pending I’m also Co-owner in another folder and I have rights to resend the invitationit says it does sent the email but that email is automatically generated so I assumed it comes to me or ideally all owners of the app as listed here but nope, I didn’t receive anything nor other Admins. How am I supposed to accept the invitation to virtual email that doesn’t exist? My use case is that I want to upload files or create sub-folders in a given folder from our integration application. It is our client’s Box probably as Enterprise and th

“The file or folder has deleted or can’t be used.” error message comes out even the file has been shared recently.

I changed the mobile phone that I was using for two-factor authentication, but I forgot to transfer my authenticator app to my new phone.As a result, I am unable to obtain the 6-digit verification code from the authenticator app and cannot log in to my Box account.Unfortunately, I also do not have access to my backup codes.Could you please let me know how I can reset or disable two-factor authentication so that I can regain access to my Box account?Thank you for your assistance.

Box. com is reporting cant upload a file as capacity exceeded. It hasnt !

ブラウザ上ではログインできているが、アプリでログインしようとすると、ログイン画面とアカウント情報入力画面がループしてしまいます。下記の状態で、解決方法教えてください。 Finderにはマウントされるが、すべてクラウド状態で、「Box Drive is no longer running」が表示される。Cookie削除・ブラウザ変更・再インストール・メールアドレスログインでも改善しない。  I can log in to Box successfully through the web browser, but when I try to sign in to the Box Drive application, it gets stuck in a loop between the email/account input screen and the login screen.My current situation is as follows:Box is mounted in Finder, but all files remain cloud-only. When I try to make a file available offline, I receive the following error:"Box Drive is no longer running. Please re-launch the app and re-login (as needed) to continue syncing data." I have already tried the following without success: Clearing browser cookies Using a different browser Reinstalling Box Drive Signing in with my email address instead of Google Sign-In Could you please advise how to resolve this issue?

I keep getting the “oops we can’t seem to find what you are looking for.  Also some feedback your customer service AI bot is not user friendly and I should be able to speak with someone in person.

I am unable to view option to submit my app for authorization. I am not sure why, please help. I have none of the tabs or options where I am able to submit the app for request.

Can I remove the expiration date on links on multiple files at once or is only possible one at a time?

For the last week and a half I haven’t been able to play videos from the app; when I try to this is the error message I get. I tried erasing and reinstalling the and it didn’t work. I downloaded the app on another device and the problem persisted. Is there a workaround?

I purchased the Enterprise tier so that I could enable Box Zones but it isn’t showing up as an option in the UI anywhere. Does it need to be enabled by someone at Box?

Hi Box team,When sharing a file or folder link from the Box desktop app on Mac, a "Shared link copied to clipboard" banner appears at the top of the Share dialog every time. Could you add a setting to disable this confirmation banner? It's not a macOS system notification and isn't controlled by Notification settings, so there's currently no way to turn it off.A simple toggle in app preferences (or auto-dismiss without the banner at all) would be great.Thanks!

Hello! I just created a new personal account with Box and signed out with my institutional account. I can sign in to the new account on box.com but I am unable to do so on the Mac App. I keep getting in a loop wherer the app takes me to box.com to sign-in, the web sign-in opens the box app, and then it gives me the same message that I need to sign in on box.com, and so on over and over again. I uninstalled box from mac, downlaoded box rester app and ran it. Both did not work.
