Box.com just charged my account 540 dollars and I never signed up for anything l. I will need this money reimbursed and my account closed asap:

Your account was upgraded online from a free to a Business Annual subscription and was charged according to the purchased plan and licenses. Please note that only the primary admin can upgrade an account online.


I see that you’ve already submitted a case. The ticket will be forwarded to our Cancellations Team (cancel@box.com), who will evaluate your request and provide further assistance regarding cancellation and refund requests.
