Hi, I am using Box for EMM 5.5.1 as this is unfortunately only option provided by my employer. I have many time lost files when saving these or editing by PowerPoint on IOS. File is either not saved, corrupted, etc. Power point marks file as upload pending and it is never uploaded. In some cases I lose whole my work. 


2nd issue is with Files app (ios 14.4). When using drag and drop functionality, sometimes copied files to box remains in status waiting and are never copied to cloud.. When this happen only way out seems to be reinstall box for emm, however this leads to lost of waiting files in Files App. 


The overall experoe is very anoyig and all other cloud storage I was using (iCloud, onedrive) never had such problems. 


Please what is way around these issues?
