Dear Support Team,

 

Good day.

Here I have an incident report need your support.

From yesterday (1st Dec 2020), we noticed our Geodis users are not able to login the BOX after input the email address in below page.

There is not any error message with no reaction after we click the “Next” button, could you please kindly advise if any change the web implemented recently?

Do you encounter the same behavior on other browsers as well?

Can you try to clear the cache and cookies for your browser and see if that helps you login to your account? Here is an article that walks through how to do this on the different browsers that Box supports.
