Can not Access folder on Box as the owner left IBM

Hi Team,

Me and my team would need access to a Box Folder, the owner left IBM, and she did not gave access to it to anyone. We were also co - workers of this folders but she was the owner. There were important files for the market. https://ibm.ent.box.com/s/kh2d8vsll00eklqiwrqurt8p85ge71k6

    If the current owner of this folder has left, please reach out to your Main Admin that way you could gain access to the folder.
